Individual Therapy

Discernment Counseling

When one partner is unsure whether to stay in the relationship while the other wants to work things out, traditional couples therapy may not be the right first step. Discernment counseling provides a structured, compassionate space to slow down, understand what has happened, and gain clarity before making life-changing decisions. The goal isn’t to persuade either partner to stay or leave—it’s to help both people make thoughtful, informed decisions with honesty and confidence.
